Who is reviewing my book?

We use a team of reliable, vetted reviewers who love to read and do it quickly! Our reviewer selection process includes metrics like speed, comprehension, and writing aptitude.

Do you really read my entire my book?

Yes! There's nothing worse than getting a review or video that doesn't actually reflect your book. We understand the importance and actually care about your book. We read every page, every time.

Will my review be posted if it's bad?

That's up to you! Once your review is complete, you are given the opportunity to review it and decide if you'd like to have it posted. Our reviewers always call out both the positives in addition to the negatives of a book, so even if it doesn't go as well as you'd hoped, you will still have some good material for editorial quotes.

Is my review guaranteed to be good?

All of our reviews are honest feedback about your book, which may not always be completely positive. That being said, our reviewers always highlight positives in addition to any negatives.

Did I waste my money if my review is bad?

Definitely not! Feedback can always help you grow and highlight things that you can improve. In addition, our reviewers always call out the positives as well as the negatives of a book, so you will likely have some positive editorial quotes that you can use.

How long does the process take?

We know you're excited! Our turnaround is 1 week or less for reviews or inspections, and 2 weeks or less for extended reviews or videos.

Does it matter when I published my book?

Not at all! Your book is just as awesome today as it was when you released it!

Will my review or trailer contain spoilers?

All reviews contain some highlights of key story points, but we are definitely not in the business of spoiling your book! We want to help you get new readers, and spoiling your twists or surprises would be totally counter to that!

Do you review both fiction and non-fiction?

Most of our customers write fiction, but we will also review non-fiction, guides, poetry, etc. If you put your time and love into it, so will we!

Can you review books in any language?

At this time, we can only review books written in English, although we can create book trailers in other languages if desired. We will ask you to review the accuracy of the translations though just to be sure!

How do you get my book?

Before or after you check out, simply send your ePub, pdf, or word doc to hello@11review.com.

Can you review a sequel to another book?

We recommend that you start with the first book in a series for a few reasons to give our reviewers the right context for the sequel(s). Plus, this will be the best book for you to market to get new readers into your series! We always ensure that the same reviewer that read your first book(s) is also assigned your sequel(s).

Do you do advanced reader copy (ARC) reviews?

Yes! We will just need you to provide a copy of your book! We will post the review on 11review.com once it is finished.
